Description
Centrally located in Oldenburg, with good public transport (bus) and highway connections. The rooms are in the immediate vicinity of the Weser-Ems-Halle event center and EWE Arenen (5 minutes' walk). Oldenburg Central Station is also a 10-minute walk away. There are also numerous supermarkets nearby and Oldenburg city center is a 15-minute walk. The space These are 2 connected and lockable rooms (with connecting door, about 30 m²) on the 2nd floor of a detached house. There is a small bathroom (toilet / sink / bathtub with hand shower - no shower) available. The bathroom is shared for two Airbnb rooms. There is also a fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave with baking function and dinnerware (shared use for two Airbnb). The rooms are equipped with a bed, table, chairs, sofa bed and a TV with satellite reception (see photos). Sheets and towels will be provided. Fast Wi-Fi is provided free of charge and is well suited for home office. Due to Covid-19, check-in is generally free of charge via a key safe. In addition, we're taking extra care to disinfect frequently used surfaces between reservations. Right when entering the building, there is the possibility to disinfect your hands. Other disinfectants will be provided. There is a detailed manual on the premises that answers many important questions. If you have any further questions, I am available via WhatsApp or via the messaging function at Airbnb. Guest access If required, a washing machine can be used (extra charge). During your stay The best way to reach me is by email. Other things to note Lockable storage space for bicycles is provided. Various restaurants (Italian, Greek) and several snacks are within walking distance.
