The space The architecturally sophisticated wooden house (self-designed and self-built!) with two residential units is located in Rerik. The Baltic Sea with its beautiful, natural beach and steep coast is a few minutes' walk away. The cottage is located on a small property with a wild cottage garden. One residential unit is about 55 m² and has a bedroom on the first floor with a double bed and another bedroom with a pull-out bed on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is also the living and dining area with kitchen which extends over a terrace into a small garden area as well as a shower room. One apartment is suitable for two adults and possibly up to two children. In Rerik there are also shops within walking distance, a fisherman, doctors, banks, a pharmacy, etc. A sauna can be rented in the nearby spa hotel. A car can be parked on the property. Minimum stay two nights. Internet access via Wi-Fi (fiber optic) and TV are available. Linens and towels would have to be brought or will be provided for an additional 15 euros per person upon request. Guest access The apartment is completely at the guests disposal with the associated outdoor area. At the nearby campsite, you can use washing machines and dryers for a fee. A sauna is also available for rent there. Other things to note Our prices include all utilities. The amenities also include a baby cot and a high chair. Bed linen and towels must be brought with you or you can rent them from us for a flat rate of €15/person.
