The individual guest house is located at the end of the 6-hectare property. A former stable is now a refuge for 4 people, redesigned with great care and attention to detail. On the ground floor is the kitchen with dining area and fireplace, one bedroom and a large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The 1st floor consists of a loft-like studio with a large window front, in which there is another double bed. There is also another fireplace, a grand piano and a large corner couch. The space The guest house is spacious with 160 sqm. The old stable was rebuilt in a modern and sustainable way, but still exudes the charm of the past. We would like to point out that it is an old building and we do not reach barefoot temperatures in winter. Dogs are welcome. As an alternative to our vacation offer, we offer the possibility to use our vacation homes as a home office. The location in the midst of nature offers the best conditions to pursue daily work in peace, without distraction and with full concentration. The secluded location of the estate guarantees a contactless stay and all hygiene requirements can be easily met. Contact with the outside world is of course available online at any time. So nothing stands in the way of productive working time with an individually designed work-life balance. Guest access Our guests generally have access to the entire estate. Cats and sheep can be petted, free-range chickens can be watched scratching and dust bathing, and with a bit of luck, wild animals such as crayfish and kingfishers can be admired. A lake invites you to linger and go boating, the Urft to take walks and swim in the river.
