Ample Places Lefkara

The space Ample Places is located in a quiet neighbourhood at the center of Pano Lefkara Village and consists of two large traditional houses which share a common secluded spacious. The accommodation type is self-serviced and self-catered eco/agrotourism. POLYTIMO(187 m²) The house contains a comfortable living room with a fireplace, a flat screen smart 43’’ tv and a double sofa bed, a separate dining room, an arched patio opening into the courtyard, a traditional kitchen with modern appliances and a guests’ restroom. The external staircase leads to the upper level where there are two charming double guestrooms (22 m2, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds) and a tiled modern shower-room in between them. The guestrooms share a spacious covered terrace (45 m2), which has a direct view of the village, the surrounding landscapes and the private enclosed stone built patio-garden. The upper terrace provides the right setting for peaceful and restful afternoons and evenings. The remodelled garden (120 m2) with different species of jasmine, bougainvilleas, olive, citrus and walnut trees is a haven of seclusion. MONADIKO (126 m²) This house comprises of a comfortably furnished open-plan (91 m2) living room with a fireplace and a flat screen smart 43’’ tv, a dining room, a large kitchen with modern appliances and a guests’ restroom on the ground level. The upper level is a traditional wooden loft (“patari”) (35 m2), which can be accessed via an internal stone-built staircase. It includes one double and two single beds and a modern shower-room. The picturesque garden (121 m2) that is shared with Polytimo house, can be viewed from the two storey high glass panels. This creates the ideal environment for visitors seeking tranquillity and simplicity. At the far end of the stone-paved courtyard there is a traditional small “kleftiko”* wood burning oven and three large tables for alfresco dining. A bigger wood burning oven as well as some bbq facilities are available too. During the cold season the a/c as well as the fireplace need to be in use for the ground floor area to be heated adequately. Wood logs can be purchased at an extra cost. In the bedrooms of each house there is an a/c unit as well as a ceiling fan. Cherished memories of absolute peace and relaxation will come to mind long after your stay. Guest access Guests can access all internal and external areas of the property. Due to the traditional architecture of the property, guests with mobility disabilities might not be very comfortable. Other things to note No pets are allowed. Smoking is allowed only at the garden area. No events are allowed i.e. hens nights and bachellor's nights. Events like weddings, dinners or seminars can be allowed if this is approved by the host prior to the booking. Extra charges may occur as well as further policies. The price of the booking does not include any meals and the wood logs for the fireplace. In the cold months the fireplaces need to be in use for the ground floor area to be well heated.
