Four-sided courtyard with charm and flair, recharge your batteries

Come, hike, feel comfortable and relax, recharge your batteries, find peace and feel safe in our ground floor apartment, which we have renovated mindfully. We bought the farm 12 years ago and have been building, gardening, and living here very happily ever since, despite all the work that still needs to be done. Meanwhile, our daughter Nele's family also lives on the farm. Nele is also always responsive. You will find us on the outskirts of Wald-Erlenbach. The space The 65-square-meter apartment, with a separate entrance, has one bedroom with a French bed (1.60 x 2.00 m); a thick felt curtain replaces the door; a living/dining room with an additional sleeping area (0.90 x 2.00 m); and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower at floor level and a large bathtub. An open kitchen with dishwasher, fully equipped and a terrace to sit outside and also a fireplace for cozy hours, (but no TV / only possible on request). Please note: Inside the house, there is only poor or no cell phone reception (Wi-Fi available). Other things to note Looking forward to seeing you soon. Our realm is located ‘above your heads’ on the first floor. The three generations in the half-timbered house are not always quiet, but they try to be (although the youngest family member can only manage this to a limited extent). To get to your terrace you cross our access area. Here is our wardrobe (not always quite sorted because it often has to go quickly). There are storage facilities for bicycles and motorcycles. The nearest shopping facilities can be found in Fürth/Odw. (7 minutes by car). Other requests than offered? For example, children, length of stay, dogs .... just contact us.
