Guests are welcome to join us in the living room or on the deck at any time. Washer and dryer is available to guests upon request at no additional charge. If you are bringing a motorcycle or bicycle you are welcome to park it inside the garage. Beach chairs, towels and ice chest are available for guests to use during their stay. Based on availability Cruisers can park their vehicle at our home for up to seven days for an additional charge. $65 up to 4 nights, $75 up to 5 nights and $95 up to seven nights plus tax...add an additional $20 if you are cruising on Royal Caribbean Cruise Line). Your hosts do not assume any liability for your auto when parking at our home. If there is island flooding we cannot provide transportation to or from the cruise terminal. These fees are payable at time of arrival. Please note your hosts reside in the home. Guest access Guests are welcome to enter and leave the home at any time. We will provide each guest with a house key for their convenience during their stay. We ask that you provide us with your estimated time of arrival so that we will be at the home to greet you.In the event that we are unable to greet you at the home we will provide you with instructions on how to enter when you arrive. It’s really easy. All you will need to do is text us and we will provide you with the code for the key. During your stay Your hosts are very friendly. We love mingling with our guests. Don’t hesitate to join us in conversation. If you prefer quiet...no problem. There is a study when available you are welcome to use during your stay when available. Other things to note We reside on the the property. Our home is conveniently located near the beach, local shopping, Schlitterbahn , Cruise ships, the Pleasure Pier,Moody Gardens and many other local attractions.. Getting around the island is very easy. Uber and Lyft are available as well as public transportation. Please note... no visitors allowed after 7 PM thank you! Please advise owner of any visitors.
