Kosmos Lodge - Room 5 (Side View)

Romantic get away in the picturesque Kosmos Village. Situated between the Magalies Mountain, and the peaceful waters of the Hartebeespoort Dam, the peace and quiet is refreshing and the bird life is diverse! The Lodge consists of 6 luxury bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. Each room has a kitchenette, but not any kitchen. The space Room 5 - Luxury, side facing room. It has a view of a garden patch, but the dam is also visible. This room has a King-size bed with quality mattress - it can also be turned into a split bed for 2 singles. For your comfort, the room has air conditioning with heating and cooling settings. During mid-winter we use winter sheets. This room has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower as well as a kitchenette which is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster, basic cutlery and crockery. The room also has a personal safe, a closet with shelves and hanging space for clothes, some hangers, a proper hairdryer, blanket, towels and linen. Some amenities are also supplied. Inside the room is also a good-size flat-screen television with DSTV Premium. Guest access As you come into the Lodge, there is a reception and communal lounge with a cosy fireplace. Room 5 is down with some stairs on the outside of the house and then up with a few more steps. You will enter a passage and pass one room - your room is at the end of that passage, located on your left-hand side. The parking area is just outside the front door. It is within the fenced area but not undercover. Downstairs there are braai facilities for couples (however, not for groups, due to noise levels). There is also a splash-pool, which may be booked for a limited time period per couple (no groups, due to noise levels). Comfortable water temperature cannot be guaranteed. No kitchen is available... The lodge has secure fencing with electronic gates and cameras in most communal areas. During your stay The manager on duty will be on call, to assist with anything on the property. Advice and help will be provided as and where needed. Other things to note We may require a booking of minimum 2 or more nights. Quoted rates are per room/night, for 2 people sharing. No more than 2 guests per room. If you have a child/children, please let us know so that we can discuss the options. The rooms are serviced daily in the mornings, unless you prefer not to be disturbed. Included in the accommodation rate, you will be provided with light, continental breakfast snacks, which will be placed in your room so that it can be enjoyed at any time. This may include items such as muesli, yogurt, a fruit, cold meat, cheese, rusks, biscuits, bread, butter, jam or a muffin. Coffee, tea, milk, juice and water is also provided. These optional extras may be booked: - picnics, - romantic set up in the room with sparkling wine on ice, a box of Lindt Chocolates and some flower petals, - spa treatments in your room. We offer free ice for your drinks, but not for cooler boxes. We are not self catering, but you are welcome to bring drinks and snacks - keeping in mind that the fridge in the room is quite small.
