ART apartment 100 sqm in the Kunsthaus

The slightly different apartment - in the art design house. 110 sqm on the 2nd floor of a half-timbered house in which the Heyne Kunst Fabrik operates a gallery on the ground floor. The apartment has modern furnishings and lots of art, plus the flair of the old half-timbered house with slanted floors and walls. Also available are satellite TV, a good stereo system, a living room, a bedroom, an optional 1 extra room with a single bed, a dining room, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. The space The apartment across the entire upper floor extends over the main house to the annex. It is authentic and exudes history. There are still uneven floors and exposed wood from the half-timbered structure, but there is also new eco-friendly clay plaster and new heating and plumbing systems. Plus plenty of art, design, and all kinds of surprising things. For example, a music room with a floor made of vinyl records, a piano, a guitar, a flute, and other instruments. Internet via Wi-Fi is of course also available. For entertainment, there is satellite TV and a good stereo system, also with a Bluetooth connection. A small library with design books, cookbooks, and architecture literature is available in the dining room. For each night stayed, €20 is automatically donated to the non-profit Heyne Kunst Fabrik to support the operation of the gallery. Guest access You will use the first floor of the house – the entire apartment to yourself. Access is via the art gallery on the ground floor. The handover is usually done in person. If I can’t be there, I’ll leave the key for you. Other things to note The apartment is located right in the center of Bad Orb. Outside of the bookings I live there myself, so it is an apartment with personal items and not a hotel room or an IKEA location built for AIRBnb. Please be respectful of the inventory. NO INFANTS - 1 CHILD from 6 years possible - NO DOGS. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE PROPERTY.
