The apartment is located on the northwest side of the house. On 80 sqm there is room for 4 pers. On the ground floor there is a living and dining room, a separate kitchen and a guest toilet. 2 bedrooms and one bathroom are on the 1st upper floor. The space Kitchen is fully equipped with MIELE household appliances. Plenty of terry towels and bed linen are present. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance with its own small garden. In the apartment, a fully equipped kitchen is available to guests. A washer-dryer is also available. Other things to note From March to the end of October, every guest over the age of 18 must pay a tourist tax of €2.60 per day. In the period from November to the end of March this tax is €1.30. The tiled stove can be used. A beach chair on the beach in Uterusum in beach section 3 is continuously booked for guests from Easter to October. The keys to the beach chair is in the apartment.
