Small end terraced house, with small garden, home from home. Close to town centre and train station, country walks. 40 minutes train to London and good for other places. Pets: two house/garden rabbits, and Lucy Dog all friendly. Guests come and stay through out year. Great for university and business park stays, for people who don't want 5 star hotel but family home, it is the hosts home shared with you. Check in between 3pm to 9pm and leave by 11am. Bedroom 1 airbnb room in loft conversion, 2 single beds, your own space and you have access to the whole house lounge kitchen, bathroom garden etc, small on the outside, rabbit warren on the inside, lovely garden, home from home. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds in loft conversion and more private space. Bedroom 2 single bed or can be made into double, that has access to house bathroom people walk through to main bathroom, we also have a downstairs toilet room. Please do not use the Royal Mugs in the display cabinet in the dining / kitchen there are plenty of mugs in the tall cupboard in the kitchen. or Pottery displayed in other cabinet. Works for people needing a base to visit the areas around and within 40-90 minutes are London, Brighton, Portsmouth. 5-10 minutes away, Surrey University, Guildford Cathedral, Guildford Town Centre and South Downs way. And / Or just relax in garden. Works especially well for people needing access to Surrey University or business park or families not looking for hotel standards but home from home and have full use of the house. One booking is just yourself and your family or friends (who pay extra children under 12 free) and myself, sometimes Justin is home on a monday but no other airbnb guests. Guest access Guest can use all the shared space in-house and garden except the garden office. During your stay Yes, definitely interaction, please through air bnb and txt. House works well if you remember most rooms are accessible for something. eg Bathroom is accessed by walking through the bedroom on the first floor. Justin is home sometimes on a Monday in that room. The Rabbits and Lucy dog has access to the whole house too. Please do not use the Royal Mugs in the display cabinet there are plenty of mugs in the tall cupboard in the kitchen.
