You will experience absolute peace and quiet and can completely unwind. But once outside the gate, it is only 10 minutes from Etten-Leur, Breda and Roosendaal, 25 minutes from Antwerp and 35 minutes from the Efteling. Furthermore, you can enjoy adjacent nature reserves, but also enjoy the beautiful adjacent garden! The space Experience the holiday feeling, away from all the hustle and bustle. Space is fully equipped with natural stone which is fully heated. Ample on-site private parking. Includes two bicycles. Complete kitchen to make simple meals. Guest access You rent the space exclusively, the large garden is shared with the owner. There are several terraces so there is plenty of privacy. The owner lives in a different part of the villa than the space you rent. Other things to note Please refrain from smoking. No parties and/or events.
