La Ferme de l'Hermitage - 16 guests - Swimming pool

Come and enjoy our gîte in the countryside to (re)discover Hauts-de-France for a weekend or a week. Gîte with indoor heated swimming pool all year round (26/27°C), for a maximum of 16 people between Douai and Arras. Large garden, barbecue and terraces. La Ferme de l'Hermitage in Gouy-sous-Bellonne. Family-oriented cottage. Parties not allowed. The space Within a large square courtyard farm typical of the North, our three cottages can accommodate up to 16 guests (including children). The pool is fully private and heated year-round. The Hermitage farm is composed of three spaces, including a large living room and a large dining room to accommodate all guests. - The first space is composed of an entrance on the ground floor, with sofa and pinball machine. Upstairs is a large dormitory, with sofa beds, bathroom/toilet and mezzanine bedroom (king size bed). - On the other side of the pool you will find a large dining room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, traditional coffee makers and Nespresso, kettle, toaster, etc.), and upstairs a sleeping area with double bed, as well as a master suite with shower and bathtub, (separate toilet), and balcony overlooking the garden. - The last part of the farm is an outbuilding located a few dozen meters from the main building. It has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a large living room to bring all the guests together. Two large terraces are also available to enjoy the sun after a visit to the swimming pool, and to gather around a barbecue. Recent work and quality bedding. Optional linens and towels. Private entrance. Garden and one-hectare plot. The pool is heated all year round to a minimum of 26° and a maximum of 28°. We draw your attention to the fact that this is not a special baby pool for which the temperature in public pools is at least 32°. As a result, the water here may seem cool for small children.
