It has 2 bedrooms queen size plus a studio room with a sofa bed (queen). Good for 3 couples, or 3 friends. 3 independent bedrooms with wooden doors and AC. 2 bathrooms with big showers; one of them has bidet. Smart tv The price can change in according with number of people or number of bedrooms occupied. Early checkin or late checkout are available on request with the payment of an additional cost. We are in no way responsible for noises coming from outside the apartment, any type of noise. The space Elegant but functional apartment, very good for 2 couples, 3 friends. There is an Internet wireless connection included in the price, but not a computer in the apartment. Internet works properly. (I never had problems for internet so far, but I cannot ensure if internet provider company will not have problems during your staying) Safe box. Power points: 220W (European) and 120W (brazilian) The apartment is supplied with towels, sheets and dishes. Microwave, but NOT regular oven. The apartment has A.C. split (no noisy) in all the rooms. There is washing- drying machine. There is garage with a separate fee. It is in a high-social class condominium, very safe (there are 2 door men). Guest access I have a very good organization: maintenance employees for contingencies, cleaners (cleaning service is optional), and agents that offer the best service to my guests. All this Customer support organization is included. You will have a good holiday, quiet and pleasant. Other things to note They must be indicated at reservation time. Power: The price includes 20kw of electricity consumption per day. This amount of energy is sufficient for a correct use of all the electrical devices in the home. An excess of consumption will be charged 1 real per KW NYE, Carnival, Special Events: a week minimum, ask a quotation. The property, and whoever manages the apartment, is not responsible for any lack of water or electricity or internet caused by the company providing the service. We are also not responsible for any work in progress in the street or in the nearby condominium or condominiums. Household cleaning products are not included. There is a 24-hour supermarket a short distance away.
