Cozy room in a spacious apartment with tons of natural light located in the quiet and residential neighborhood of Maspeth, Queens. Within walking distance to bus stops, restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, banks, and various stores. Ideal for people looking to explore this great city. There are three other rooms in the apartment occupied by us. The space The bedroom has a private bathroom and a queen size bed. The rest of the apartment features a social bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed and TV. Next to it, you will find the dining table. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and, for when the weather is nice, a beautiful balcony with comfy chairs and a table. Rules: no parties, no smoking, no drugs, no pets in the apartment. The area is very quiet and safe, we are 40 minutes from Manhattan, close to buses, trains, restaurants, churches, supermarkets, and commerce in general. Guest access Guests can have access to parking spot on location for a $30 per night extra fee (Subject to availability). if interested please contact host. During your stay We are very warm friendly family who enjoy sharing our space and meeting people from different cultures.
