Although it is the smallest of the rural houses, it has a lot of open space. It could be due to its two floor distribution, its handrail-desk, its windmill stairs or because all of the above plus everything you need to make feel at home? The space “El Altillo” is one of the four houses of the rural complex “el Molino de Fernán Pérez”. It has two floors. Windmill-like stairs will lead you to the bedroom, with a double bed, a drawer, a coat hanger and an innovative handrail-desk. Downstairs you will find the living-room, dining-room, kitchen and bathroom. It also has a very charming terrace to enjoy the lovely Spanish weather. The kitchen is completed equipped, and you also have TV, electric heating, WI-FI and a camping-crib for babies. If you want to bring your pet, please let us know in advance and we will discuss your specific situation. Guest access The houses are surrounded by 2 hectares of land where you would be able to walk around and get to know bits of the local flora. In addition to this, we offer you two common areas: a barbeque zone and a Haima, where from time to time, we offer restoration services. This space may be rented to organise meetings and celebrations tailor-made. Another plus is the visit to the Windmill, which is part of the Andalusian Ethnographic Heritage, along with the reservoir.
