Guest suite in New Paltz

Just minutes from the village center, at the end of a quiet cul de sac, the light changes as you enter through a dappled canopy of hundreds of mature trees. The Wild Maple Creek Suite features two large connected rooms and a bathroom in an open layout with views of the woods all around. 2m to Downtown shops or Rail Trail (River to Ridge), 5m to Mohonk, 18m to Minnewaska. **Note this is a private suite w/private entrance within a family home. We support real people not management companies.** The space The first room includes a kitchenette nook (no kitchen sink, but water provided), dining area, twin size daybed/sofa, and a large workspace for remote work. The second room area (there is no door between the two rooms only an archway) includes a comfortable queen size bed, a dressing area that can be closed off to create a private spot for changing or a great place for a travel crib, and a sliding glass door to a large deck surrounded by flowering bushes and woods. Eat takeout on your private deck surrounded by nature. Please note that there are kids here and you may occasionally hear kid noise when the kids are downstairs or piano/cello practicing if you are here during the day. Great wifi! Parking best by the firewood stacks. Other things to note Because there is no door between rooms within the suite (except the bathroom), guests must be comfortable with each other or be close family. We prefer no more than two adults. The listing is set to three only to allow someone to bring a child. We are a family place and the owners will be onsite.
