The space 4 bedrooms over two floors, one super king size, one king size, one double and one with bunk beds. NOTE Sleeps 6 adults + 2 children. Large comfortable lounge with plenty of seating for families or groups in front of a picture perfect view of the sea. Boasting high-end main bathroom with walk-in shower and bath, with another beautiful en-suite with shower and freestanding bath, plus a further single ensuite w/c. A spacious galley kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances, also the compulsory Nespresso coffee machine (for that perfect morning in front of the sunrise). Guest access The entire home including a rear patio terrace and large front garden with private parking and direct private access to the beach, are all accessible to guests. Other things to note There are residential properties nearby, the neighbours are very friendly and not intrusive. We would only ask that you respect their privacy and keep the noise down outside past 10pm. We do allow well behaved pets, provided they don't get on the sofas or in the bedrooms and they are cleaned up after. We have a Springer Spaniel and know all too well how sand gets everywhere! We may charge an additional pet fee of £20 total on booking, for cleaning up after our four legged companions.
