Very quiet area 260 meters from the village center with its small shops, shops, restaurants, cafes, post office, bookstore and market. At 140 meters from the bus stop: Loix Water Tower and 2.4km from the beach of Grouin. The bike paths are at door step to go everywhere to discover the island.
