A cosy covered terrace at the entrance of the house provides shade and invites you to enjoy pleasant evenings and barbecues thanks to the small outdoor shed with a special charm. The interior of the house is tastefully decorated in a rustic style. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and is very spacious. From the kitchen, there is also direct access to the pool area. The living room and one of the three bedrooms have air conditioning and are oriented towards the northeast, so even in summer, the ambient temperature is pleasant. In total, there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with shower. Additionally, pool towels are provided for all guests in addition to the bath towels. The property is very well located, it is quiet and is only 6 km from the beautiful Tramuntana mountains. The town of Lloseta can be easily reached on foot. Thanks to its location in the centre of the island, all points of interest can be reached by car in just a few minutes, such as the most beautiful beaches, the capital, Palma de Mallorca, and much more.
