This house has just been renovated. Fully equipped for 12 people, these modern 100 m² offer 3 bedrooms with 2 shower rooms. A space of 200m2 is at your disposal outside. Do not hesitate to discover the pine farm: the "Versailles" of the horse and its weekly shows, visit the farm of the tassels (rafters) in cisai st aubin, the durand or graindorge cheese dairy (camembert and livarot) or the basilica of Lisieux and its zoo. WiFi Available The space This recently renovated house has a new interior and all the home appliances you might need. A point of honor has been made for the supply of quality bedding. WiFi is installed so you can enjoy your stay by staying connected. You enter the accommodation directly into the main room with the dining table facing you, the sofa behind and the kitchen on your right. A large television (123 cm) with its DVD player on the left wall overlooks the room. If necessary, a few recent DVDs are available for both adults and children. The kitchen is very well equipped: fridge of 181 l with separate freezer ( always a few ice cubes available), microwave, senseo witch coffee maker ( espresso or coffee bowl) kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, extractor hood, electric oven, dishwasher 13 cutlery. The dishes are supplied complete for 14 people (small and large plates, 3 kinds of water glasses, wine glasses, mugs, cups, bowls, water jug, tableware and serving utensils,...) and the kitchen utensils are numerous and diverse. A high chair is available for the comfort of the little ones. In a closet you will also find vacuum cleaner, brooms and cleaning bucket. Most of the household products are left to the disposal of our guests. A large toilet is available at this level. Upstairs, you enter a landing room serving two bedrooms, a toilet, a shower room and an access to the staircase that goes up to the next floor. The first bedroom is composed of a bed in 140x190 and 2 bunk beds in 90x190. An 80 cm TV hangs on the wall of this room. A cot is available on request and a changing table is at your disposal. The second bedroom has a bed in 90x190 and a second in 140x190. It is also possible to add a baby bed. A TV in 80cms is also available. The toilet is an independent room. The shower room includes a piece of furniture with a simple basin and a shower. You will also find a column and a piece of furniture under a basin to put your things there. In these furniture are at your disposal a hair dryer. On the 2nd floor you enter a "dorm" with 5 single beds. If necessary, 4 can be brought together. Subsequently, you will find a shower room with a 1-person basin, a basin cabinet with a hair dryer and a toilet. A baby bed can also be added to this room. As an option, we offer our guests to provide bed linen for 5 euros per person. In which case the beds can even be made for your arrival!!! In addition, you can also rent towels for 5 euros per person (bath towel, shower and a glove per person ). Toys are available to children (outside and inside) as well as board games for the whole family (uno, monopoly, taboo). An outdoor area of 200 m2 is reserved for you with a garden furniture, barbecue that you can shelter under a building if necessary. The space is fenced and a portico with slide is at your disposal... Finally, this house is at the foot of the ruins of an old abbey: an interesting history and a surprising landscape of the windows of the house changing according to the position of our dear sun with in the background the pond of the St Fathers. A deposit of 600 euros will be required at the entrance to the accommodation. Guest access Access to the washing machine is via a staircase serving the basement available on request only for stays over 2 nights Other things to note To make your life easier, for your arrival, we provide you with: - the necessary Household products; - one roll of toilet paper per toilet; - a dozen SENSEO pods; - ground coffee with 2 filters for the coffee maker; - a dozen pieces of Sugars; - salt and pepper; Not included but can be rented in addition: sheets, blankets, tea towels and bathroom linen. Pillows are provided but a case will be provided. ATTENTION: A deposit will be requested upon arrival: 600 euros for the furniture. This deposit will be returned to you or destroyed within 2 days after your stay.
