This house has just been renovated. Fully equipped for 12 people, these modern 100 m² offer 3 bedrooms with 2 shower rooms. A space of 200 m2 is available outside. Feel free to discover the Haras du Pin: the "Versailles" of horses and its weekly shows, visit the Ferme des Pampilles (goat farm) in Cisaie St Aubin, the Durand or Graindorge cheese factory (Camembert and Livarot) or the Basilica of Lisieux and its zoo. WIFI Available The space This recently renovated house has a new interior and all the appliances you could possibly need. A point of honor has been made for the provision of quality bedding. Wi-Fi is installed so you can enjoy your stay while staying connected. You enter the accommodation directly into the main room with the dining table facing you, the sofa behind and the kitchen on your right. A large TV (123 cm) with DVD player on the wall on the left overlooks the room. If necessary, some recent DVDs are available for both adults and children. The kitchen is very well equipped: 181 L fridge with separate freezer (always a few ice cubes available), microwave, Senseo Witch coffee machine (espresso or coffee bowl) kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, extractor hood, electric oven, 13-place dishwasher. Dishes are provided complete for 14 people (small and large plates, 3 kinds of water glasses, wine glasses, mugs, cups, bowls, water carafe, table and serving cutlery,...) and cooking utensils are numerous and diverse. A high chair is available for the comfort of the little ones. In a closet you will also find a vacuum cleaner, broom and cleaning bucket. Most household products are available to our guests. A large toilet is available at this level. Upstairs, you enter a landing room serving two bedrooms, a toilet, a shower room and access to the staircase that goes up to the next floor. The first bedroom consists of a 140 x 190 bed and 2 90 × 190 bunk beds. An 80 cm TV is hung on the wall of this room. A baby cot is available on request and a changing table is at your disposal. The second bedroom has a 90 x 190 bed and a second 140 x 190 bed. It is also possible to add a baby bed. An 80 cm TV is also available. The toilet is a separate room. The shower room includes a cabinet with a single sink and shower. There is also a column and a vanity unit to put your belongings in. In these cabinets, a hairdryer is at your disposal. On the 2nd floor you enter a "dormitory" with 5 single beds. If necessary, 4 can be put together. Next, you will find a shower room with a 1-person sink, a vanity unit with a hairdryer and a toilet. A baby bed can also be added to this room. As an option, we offer our guests bed linen for 5 euros per person. In which case the beds can even be made for your arrival!!! In addition, you also have the possibility to rent the bathroom linen for 5 euros per person (bath towel, shower towel and a glove per person). Toys are available for children (outdoor and indoor) as well as board games for the whole family (Uno, Monopoly, Taboo). An outdoor area of 200 m2 is reserved for you with garden furniture, barbecue that you can if necessary shelter under a building. The space is fenced and a swing set with slide is at your disposal... Finally, this house is at the foot of the ruins of an old abbey: an interesting story and a surprising landscape from the windows of the house changing according to the position of our dear sun with the St Pères pond in the background. A security deposit of 600 euros will be required upon check-in. Guest access Access to the washing machine is via a staircase serving the basement available on request only for stays longer than 2 nights Other things to note To make your life easier, for your arrival, we provide you with: - the necessary household products; - one toilet paper roll per toilet; - a dozen SENSEO pods; - ground coffee with 2 filters for the coffee maker; - a dozen sugar cubes; - salt and pepper; Not included but can be rented in addition: sheets, blankets, tea towels, and towels. Pillows are provided but a pillowcase is to be provided. PLEASE NOTE: A deposit will be required upon arrival: 600 euros for the furniture. This deposit will be returned to you or destroyed within 2 days after your stay.
