Easy reach of the M4 -14 miles The space The self contained annex is an extension to my house you will also have access to a utility room. There is plenty of parking on the property. You have your own patio with outside lights but are also welcome to use the garden table and chairs. There is a self service breakfast including tea, coffee, orange juice, porridge, croissants, yogurt, toast etc.. Guest access Everything is on the ground floor, there are no steps and everything is easy access. Doorways inside and out have been made as wide and adjustable as possible. Other things to note I also have a cot, highchair and toddler bed available if required. Please give adequate notice if you would require any of these items. There is a Spa bath available. Please do not use normal bubble bath the foam will build up and quickly get out of control possibly leaving you a lot of mess to clean up. Please only use bath salts or low foam bath essences. Anything oily will also damage the bath.
