From the top of the stairs, there is a very nice view of the Pointe d'Agon. The bedroom (solid parquet, south facing) is located on the first floor and is very bright. Wi-Fi and TV in the room. The bathroom, with two sinks, is reserved for guests. Shared toilet on the same floor and on the ground floor. The place is very quiet. Large garden. Parking without problem outside the property.
