We are Javier and Juanjo and we have a single-family home on a 1000 m plot in Sierra de Fuentes, with lawn areas and a private pool. The house is divided into two completely independent floors separated by an exterior staircase that gives access to your accommodation and the pool. Access to the plot and outdoor areas are shared, and we will be happy to have you so close, but at the same time, with all the privacy of being on different and independent floors The space Our accommodation is authorized and registered as a tourist apartment in the competent administrations. Reg. No. AT-CC-00409. Always choose officially registered accommodations. We offer a cozy yet spacious and functional accommodation. Equipped with a split air conditioner in the living room and another in the bedroom (both with hot air option in winter) and with heating by radiators, the temperature will surely always be to your liking. You have a large living room with a huge glass enclosure. In it, an integrated kitchen, with induction hob, microwave, single-dose coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and all the kitchenware and dining table. In the living area, enjoy a comfortable sofa to read your favorite book, flip through a magazine, or use a 42-inch LCD SmartTV with a free Fiber WiFi connection. Your apartment also has a full bathroom with a large shower with screen, where you will find toiletries. There is also a heated towel rack to keep towels warm and dry in winter. The bedroom is very large and bright, as it has a large window that gives you direct access to the garden. You have a large closet and a dresser to store your luggage and a 135 cm bed to sleep comfortably in this relaxing environment. There is a room that we use as a storage room inside your apartment, which is the only area that we keep closed. Guest access The outdoor areas are equipped with a multitude of chairs and garden tables, so that you can find the perfect corner to enjoy your stay at any time of the day. The storage room next to the bedroom is the only room that is closed. The pool, with a saline chlorination system, is 10 meters long by 3 meters wide and has a comfortable Roman ladder to get in and out. The maximum depth is approximately 185cm. In the solarium area you will find chairs and sun loungers and an umbrella, and of course towels for the pool. We also have a parking lot for your bicycles in case you are athletic guests...!
