2 guest rooms near the stadium and arena

These guest rooms are located in a terraced house, which also includes a garden with a barbecue and seating area. We also live in the house regularly. On the first floor is the living and dining area (kitchen may be used) as well as a guest toilet. The rooms and bathroom with shower and bathtub are above. The rooms can be locked separately. Especially the proximity to the stadium and the arena are very practical, as you do not need to look for a parking space or stand in traffic jams ;-) Guest access The ground floor with garden and terrace is accessible to all and may be shared. A key box is used for flexible check-in and check-out. During your stay If you would like to enjoy your privacy, you are just as welcome as joint barbecue or cooking sessions.
