Air-conditioned cottage of about 50 m², with superb views of the Morvan. Close to Vézelay, Avallon, in the Morvan Regional Natural Park and easy access 15 minutes from the A6 motorway exit. Ideal place to enjoy hiking, high-altitude sports, outdoor sports, gastronomy, cultural tourism, thanks to the many surrounding sites. The space Chalet du Crescent is a newly built chalet (2020). Easy to access, located 15 minutes from the A6 motorway exit n °22 Avallon, the Gîte du Manoir is ideally located, in the Parc Naturel Régional du Morvan, close to Avallon, Vézelay and Quarré les Tombes. It is composed of: • A main room with large openings giving access to the terrace through a window door with - A dining area for 4 people - A living area, with a NON-CONVERTIBLE SOFA 2 armchairs 1 TV, with access to one or more streaming platforms An Amazon smart speaker with Deezer subscription Decorative fireplace • An open kitchen, with electric hobs and electric oven, microwave oven, combined fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, raclette machine, crepe maker ... • A bedroom with a 140cm bed and storage • One bedroom with 2 90cm beds and storage • A bathroom with unseparated toilet, including shower and hydromassage column, sink, storage, snow washer The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, umbrella, sunbed, barbecue ... Toys are available for kids Parking for several cars is present in front of the cottage. The chalet is 2000m² of UNENCLOSED land. HEATING - Electricity 40kWh per day are provided in the rate, corresponding to common consumption (kitchen, light, and heating/air conditioning without excess.) Beyond 50kWh, the chargeback is €0.2347/kWh (rate as of 8/4/2023) LINENS Sheets are provided, and beds are made. The state forest will allow great hikes, and the discovery of fauna and flora. Many activities are possible, swimming with the many lakes and rivers, canoeing, rafting, tree climbing...
