The Agios Nikolaos Beach House is tucked away amid the old cave homes in the protected calm community of Agios Nikolaos, the perfect place for anyone looking to experience Kimolian culture in peace and quiet. The house is ideal for relaxing vacations just 5 meters away from the sea. You can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, or drink by the sea in the little outside courtyard or at the provided sunbeds directly on the beach while listening to the sound of the waves. Built using Kimolos' traditional architecture, renovated into a vacation residence, and tastefully furnished, it offers all the conveniences, coziness, cleanliness, and optimal space for an unforgettable stay. The white color dominates in walls and in handmade furniture. Another characteristic feature is the big old-style entrance door in front of the house and the stone-built bed. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed with a soft Grecostrom mattress, a spacious open area with a fully equipped kitchen for food preparation with a dining table and a sofa that converts to one more double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a private courtyard with outdoor furniture overlooking the sea. Private sunbeds are at your disposal if you prefer to enjoy your sunbathing or the hues of the sunset. At night, you can enjoy the Aegean's starry sky. A comfy table and chairs are available in the courtyard as well to ensure that you have a comfortable and convenient stay. Enjoy a truly exceptional hosting experience. On the Agios Nikolaos beach, the water is just beneath your feet. Ideal for up to four guests. Finally, free public parking is available nearby. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Special attention is recommended for small children who do not know how to swim due to the very close distance from the sea. You can access Agios Nikolaos Beach House by bus or taxi from the port of Psathi. It has easy access about 3 km from the port of Psathi or 2 km from Chora of Kimolos. If you visit the island by car or motorbike you can park it near the house. A free public Parking area is available nearby. Please note that the house is located right in front of the sea and the free parking lot is 50 meters away, from where you will need to continue walking to reach the house. It is not possible to get right outside the house by vehicle. If you visit the island by vessel, you can moor it near the cave house. Small vessels can be moored at the dock outside the house, if there is available space. At a distance of 2 minutes (on foot), there is a bus stop to the village and the other beaches of the island. We would recommend renting a vehicle (car, scooter) which you can use to explore the island. Access to Kimolos From Piraeus: Kimolos, is connected with Piraeus by boat. From Milos by airplane: Kimolos is supported by the airport of Milos. From Milos: Otherwise, someone can arrive at Adamantas, Milos, take the bus (or by car) to Apollonia (Pollonia), and then pass to Kimolos with the ferry. From other islands: The island is connected by ship with other nearby islands, as well. Other things to note The house is delivered cleaned. During your stay we offer cleanliness and change of bed linen and towels every 3 days. In the kitchen, you will find treats such as toast, jam, local honey of excellent quality, Greek coffee, French coffee, cappuccino and Nespresso tablets, tea, white and brown sugar, traditional cookies, juice, bottled water, portions of butter and portions of milk for your breakfast.
