Traditional flint cottage (not low ceilings!) - safe secure garden, very comfortable beds with White Company bedlinen, towels + bathroom accessories; family bathroom with double ended bath + drench shower, kitchen, sitting room with wood burner, dining room with wood burner; travel cot, high chair, bed guards, stair gates; utility area + snug/tv room. Games room in garage with table tennis, pool table, darts board + beach accessories. Well behaved dogs welcome for small fee. Sky TV + wifi. The space A great escape - perfect for families of all generations or groups of friends. Large sitting room with open fire + deep-cushioned sofas, separate TV room with games + CD's. 2 superking bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom + 1 adult sized bunk bed room - all very comfortable beds with White Company bedlinen, duvets, pillows and towels. Secure walled garden, table tennis + pool table in garage access from garden. All in all - everything you need for a wonderful escape and family holiday - including a great pub less than two minutes walk away! Guest access Information and details will be emailed to guests a few weeks ahead of your stay and directions messaged a few days prior to your stay - together with photographs of the approach to the cottage, location of the key safe and its code. You will also receive a what3words link to the cottage which links to your directions app of choice - eg: AppleMaps or Google Maps. Other things to note Your dogs are very welcome for a small fee - please contact me. July & August weeks available from Friday to Friday. Stair gates are in situ for the bottom and top of the stairs - useful for dogs as well as little people. If you feel the stair gate/s is/are a hindrance then please remove and place to one side. Extra items available for use: cooling fans for each bedroom; two high chairs - one with its own tray (behind sitting room door) the second to pull up to the table (in small cupboard to right of stairs in dining room); booster steps so little ones can reach to wash their hands; potty; loo trainer seat; 2 x bed guards to prevent little ones from falling out of bed (in the bunk room wardrobe); travel cot (guest provide own bedlinen). In the dining room a small room / large cupboard houses and extra fridge and freezer; vacuum; first aid kit; cooler box and a small selection of books. Upstairs on the landing there is a cupboard which houses iron and ironing board; a second vacuum and hanging space. Garage is also a games room with table tennis; pool table + darts board. Also has a third fridge if needed. Basic items provided: tea towels; washing up liquid; couple each dishwasher and washing machine tabs; some kitchen towel and loo rolls; couple bin liners; cleaning products; liquid hand wash; shampoo + body wash; tea + coffee with a fresh pint of milk ! The price per night for the property now includes the Airbnb guest fee of 15.5%. This fee is not received by the host. This fee goes to Airbnb for the listing service they provide for the guest. Previously the guest fee was added on to the invoice at point of booking but as of 22nd June 2026 all properties are required to included the guest fee within their nightly rate.
