We live in a very quiet neighbourhood close to town, shopping, beaches and hiking trails. It is a private suite attached to our house, with a separate entrance, full kitchen, comfortable living room with gas fireplace. The upstairs has a bedroom with queen bed, view of harbour and a day bed. The bathroom has shower/tub. 5 min drive into the town of Ladysmith, 1 minute drive to convenient grocery shopping, 30 minute drive to Nanaimo, 1 hour to Victoria and less than 10 minutes to the airport.
