Private room with key, in luxury home close to all

Cozy, smaller room with twin sized bed that’s perfect for all your needs. Has a small desk to do work, as well as a dresser and closet for storage needs. In the shared areas of the home we have a shared tv in the living room hooked up to my fire stick, feel free to use at any time. Theres a large kitchen for cooking needs and a dining room take to have your lunches / dinners. The space Your private room has a twin mattress and locks with a key for your convenience. The rest of the home is shared with other guests, as well as myself on occasion. There is a closet in your room with hangers for your clothes, as well as a cabinet for additional storage. A large window lets in ample sunlight but had blinds for your privacy when needed. Guest access You have access to your room and all the shared living spaces (two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, entryway coat closet). There is a backyard and driveway but please note these are off limits to guests and it is NOT included in your booking. During your stay I give my guests their privacy but I am next door if anything is needed, simply message me and I will respond asap! Other things to note Some of my things are in the closet, please be mindful. AC is a window unit and removed in winter time (seasonally available). If you would like a cleaning mid way though your stay, I can arrange for a cleaning lady to come out for 65$ (this includes cleaning your room and changing the bed linens / towels) Pet fee is 35$ a week, 10$ extra for each additional pet, they must be house trained & well behaved.
