This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath 2nd floor condo is located in The Essex of Marco Island, less than a 5 minute walk from the beach. There is a full kitchen and dining area along with a beautifully decorated living area. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a master bath. A second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the living room has a sofa sleeper. Both bedrooms and the living room has flat screen TV's. All sheets, towels, and appliances including a washer & dryer are included. There is a screened in lanai with a table & chairs- great for morning coffee or evening drinks. Our unit includes use of the pool & tennis courts. Enjoy Southwest Florida's Gulf of Mexico and our beautiful white sand beaches. Close to shopping, dining, fishing and golf.
