Each of the 27 chalets has 147 square meters of living space on two levels. On the ground floor is the living area with dining area and kitchen, a large wellness bathroom, two separate toilets as well as the wardrobe or ski room with ski boot warmer. The cozy living area is the heart of the cozy Chalets. Here you meet, here you will cook together, here the hearty hut evenings are spent. A large corner couch offers space to be cozy. If necessary, two more guests can stay on the couch (sleeping 11+12). A flat-screen TV is available for entertainment. The modern kitchen unit leaves nothing to be desired even with professional chefs. In addition to an induction hob, there is an oven, fridge and freezer as well as all kinds of electrical appliances. The large dining table offers enough space for all guests. From the living area you reach the furnished terrace, which offers a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. After an eventful day of vacation, guests will find the necessary rest in the spa bathroom. The sauna also offers a great view of the mountains of Austria. The sauna can be used as a classic Finnish sauna or organic sauna. A spa shower (rain shower) and a large corner bathtub are also provided. Upstairs are the bedrooms. These are divided into a spacious master bedroom with bathroom en-suite (shower, toilet, sink), walk-in closet, couch (if necessary two more beds), flat screen TV, a private balcony and access to the large balcony with floor-to-ceiling windows and mountain panorama. The other bedrooms are divided into a cozy double bedroom with access to the balcony and a quadruple room with a bunk bed and a double bed. All double beds are high-quality box spring beds, which guarantee a restful sleep. All bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. Upstairs there is another bathroom with shower and washbasin as well as a separate toilet. Each chalet has a furnished terrace and a charcoal barbecue. A pet is welcome to travel from April to November. The car is parked under a carport or in the parking lot of the chalet village. The furnishings and furniture such as corner bench, dining table, wardrobe, doors, etc. are in our Almdorf Auszeit Fageralm Premium Chalets made of over 100 years old recycled teak wood! Summer and winter there is a lot to discover around the alpine village Auszeit Fageralm. Both active holidaymakers and recreation seekers will find a wide range of leisure activities. In the world ski resort of Schladming it is only 10 kilometers. The Mozart city of Salzburg is only about 50 kilometers away. In winter, the ski bus stops directly at the parking lot of the chalet village. The ideal occupancy of this chalet is eight people. However, it is possible to accommodate two additional guests on the couch in the master bedroom and two additional guests on the couch in the living area.
