An air conditioning system and a pellet stove ensure pleasant temperatures in the villa. The bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds and a wardrobe as well as another air conditioner and a 2nd TV. It has a walk-in shower, bathtub with mirror cabinet. The entire holiday home has gas central heating as well as underfloor heating for the slightly colder season for wintering in Spain. The host is happy to provide you with a winter offer. In your private fenced outdoor area there is a terrace with an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor grill.
