The house is intended for a minimum of 2 guests and guest fee ($12) must be added for each remaining up to 6. There are 2 adult bedrooms for a total of 4 adults and 1 kid's bedroom that fit 2 children. The space This is a 3 bedroom Terracotta style home with upgrades and an additional office and terrace over looking the mountains of Heredia. It comes equipped with hot water, wireless internet, streaming video services, ceiling fans, washer dryer, 1 queen, 1 full and 1 bunk bed. The backyard has been updated to a Butterfly Garden with forage plants for both caterpillars and adults, flat rocks for sun bathing, and mineral sand bath to attract local species. Guest access Guests will have access to entire house with one exceptional storage area. There is access to one garage parking spot and one external parking spot. There is also a 4x4 for rent under separate contract. We recommend UBER, driving or walking to get around. Car rental is a separate agreement and a basic rental contract is required. Car is a 2000 Toyota 4 Runner 4x4 with 5 passengers and a roof rack for hauling luggage and/or surf boards. You can even talk a 20 minute walk to the famous Hospital CIMA where just about every modern treatment is available. We are also able to guide you on our journey and give pointers on pharmacies and providers.
