In total we can accommodate 26 people. For 16 people, you can request a booking yourself. For more than 16 people, contact us, we will prepare a host offer for you. The space My place is close to Waren/Müritz. The house is in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District, directly on the stream, surrounded by fields, forests and lakes. The building is 300 m². There are 5 separate apartments in the building with a total of 26 beds (12 rooms). Two apartments are located on the ground floor and each apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds. On the 2nd floor there are 2 apartments, each with 2 or 3 bedrooms, some of which are in the attic. There is also a one-bedroom apartment on this floor. Particularly appealing is the former restaurant, which now serves as an 80 m² cozy living room with dining area, foosball table and adjoining shared kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped: electric and induction stove incl. Ovens, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, multiple filter coffee machines, slicing machine, 3 sinks and many work surfaces. This makes cooking for and with many people especially fun. In the outdoor area, the fire bowl with grate can then be used for grilling. For a fee, a linen package (linens and towels) can be booked, price per person 8 EUR. 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are available in the house. All apartments have bathrooms with tubs or showers. Guest access The Wassermühle Schloen is always rented to one group only. There are many rooms available according to the number of people booked. Other things to note In the village, there is an organic farm with a restaurant (Sabines Buaernhof). Many animals live on this farm, including ponies for children to ride. The small town of Waren/Müritz is 8 km away. There are all kinds of shopping and many restaurants.
