Indoor/outdoor living at it's best! Guest access Access to the pied-a-terre is along a dedicated path through the property to a private garden. The pathway is not shared by anyone else and the guests of the pied-a-terre have exclusive use of the garden. Other things to note The owner requests that guests honor the character of the neighborhood and agree to a “no children, no pets, no smoking, no loud music or parties” policy in effect. If an exception is to be made, it must be discussed and agreed to in advance by owner. There is a small apricot poodle that lives part-time on the property in a separate residence, and a "house cat" that lives outdoors on the property. Both are friendly and have access to the garden but are not allowed inside the pied-a-terre in consideration of those with pet allergies. Please note: If guests are potentially bothered by the presence of domestic pets on the property, this rental may not be a good fit.
