No traffic noise, direct access to walled garden and orchards . Large sitting room , with dining table , 2 sofas . Extra person on air bed is £30 per night or £60 for a couple . Bespoke oak kitchen with granite worktops. First floor bedroom with super king bed , shower room downstairs. No pets. The space 40 minutes by train to London, 10 miles from Maidstone , 9 miles from Royal Tunbridge Wells and 8 miles from Tonbridge, 1 mile from Yalding , 3 miles from Paddock Wood which has a Waitrose and Tesco Express and many other shops. Co op with petrol station 5 min drive in East Peckham. Guest access First floor bedroom , large ground floor sitting room, shower room, bespoke kitchen. Note shower room, sink WC on ground floor. No real candles allowed but there are battery ones supplied. For long term rental we can bring the bed downstairs to ground floor if needed there is space for it . Other things to note Very Large flat screen TV with Netflix , Wifi, kettle, coffee cafetiere , toaster, convection microwave oven , electric hob , fridge, dishwasher, washing machine , cutlery, crockery, glasses , dishes, pot & pans etc. Large drive to park in. CCTV In front drive . Cotswold stone floors with oriental rugs, central heating. No extra visitors without prior discussion .
