A luxurious 300-year old elegant Lebanese guesthouse nestled in the northern village of Beshmizzine DM to reserve. The place consists of a two-floor citadel like villa having a 285 square meters total area surrounded by a topcrete patio, a semi-covered pool and 3 utility rooms next to a gazon-coated garden with a variety of fruit trees and roses all around the periphery. The neighborhood is surrounded by greeneries consisting of wide olive tree and pine tree areas in addition to a number of cultivated pieces of land. Beginning October till the end of December is the time for harvest and mainly olives that will be turned to oil that is one of the best in the whole region through pressing by old or modern techniques . The place is well furnished where one can relax and enjoy the time with invitees. It is a place with a different taste where a pool is kept running for 6 month period continuously over the year. The outdoor is designed to hold small and middle size events. (These events are not supposed to exceed 20 persons if held indoor or 60 persons if outdoor caring to respect the Covid 19 restrictions). Heating is being provided in winter time and cooling in summer. Four bedrooms are available: - The first bedroom with two “copper single beds": is on the ground floor, is a stone room having a private bathroom and a window with a garden view. A kitchenette is just next to the room. At 3 steps higher is the berceau type arch lobby with a beautiful fire place and discrete lighting projecting on the stone walls. Next to it is the dining area at 3 other steps higher with a wooden ceiling and a distinguished chandelier hanging in the middle. - The second bedroom with two “single wooden beds": is on the first floor having a private bathroom while its 2 windows overlook the village neighborhood. The room is facing the kitchen through a corridor, a bathroom is on its side pertaining to one of the two other bedrooms. - The third bedroom with an “Iron queen bed": is on the first floor having its own private bathroom while its 3 windows overlook the village neighborhood from different angles. - The fourth bedroom with a "wooden queen bed": is also on the first floor having a private outer bathroom and 4 windows, where 2 of them overlook the garden and pool in addition to the mountain while the other 2 windows separate this room from the mandaloun type living room situated on top of the stairway joining the two floors. The central area between the last 2 bedrooms could serve as a dining or meeting room. Guest access Guests can access the arch lobby, dining area, topcrete patio, garden and pool. Other things to note Guests are welcomed to have a great time of stay in a 300 years old exclusively different elegant place where they can have full access to an enjoyable backyard after a solid breakfast rural meal. The two-floor place is suitable for small and medium size events on the green area around the pool and the stamped concrete patio in addition to cultural exhibitions or conferences in the lobby. The price depends on the nature, size and logistics needed for the event.
