Ivy Cottage, sleeps 1 - 4 adults with Breakfast

Ivy Cottage is a beautiful Grade II listed property in the heart of the countryside. We are within easy access of the A1 between Peterborough and Cambridge, yet our location is very rural, surrounded by open fields. There is secure parking in the driveway of the cottage with a locked gate. We offer a great choice of cooked breakfast, which can be enjoyed in the traditional dining room, or open the door that leads out to the breakfast patio with views over the garden and fields beyond. The space This is a private area with your own entrance. There are two large bedrooms, and one large bathroom, a complete guest suite. The rooms are occupied by just you and your travelling companions. Guest access Guests have a large private space to make themselves comfortable. Additionally, the dining room and outside dining patio can be used at certain times during the day. The front garden area is free to enjoy at all times. During your stay I am usually in the cottage or garden during your stay so I am happy for guests to find me for a chat if they wish. Other things to note Please be aware that the accommodation has no cooking facilities. Just a fridge and kettle. Guests are able to book a traditional afternoon tea with a selection of savoury and sweet treats which can be enjoyed in beautiful dining room or outside in the garden. 36 hours notice required, and paid for directly to host.
