Self catering bed and breakfast accommodation. £50/night for single occupation, £60/night for double, £70/night for triple. Set in the grounds of 17th century Spellbrook Farm with 16 acres to explore. Fifteen minutes from Stansted Airport. The space Each room has a fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster. Guests will receive milk, tea, coffee, juice, cereals and fruit. Each room also has a 32" flatscreen TV and free WIFI. The double room has widened doors to allow wheelchair access. The second room has a zip and link superking size bed which can be divided into two full size singles to make a twin room. Adjoining this room is a small room with a single bed. With lockable interconnecting doors, the rooms can also be let as a suite. Bedroom 1 is a double with en suite, offering wide doors for wheelchair access, a disabled bath facility and power shower. If you need wheelchair access, please let us know so that we can put ramps etc in place. This room has a double bed and a sofa bed that makes up into a small double. I also have a singe fold out bed that can be put in the room to give maximum beds but guests should be aware that by using this option, the room is rather crowded. Bedroom 2 is a double with a separate single leading off it, and an en suite shower room. The single room is small and contains a single bed, bedside table and chest of drawers. By taking out the bedside table, the bed can be pulled out to provide an extra single on a lower level. Whilst this suits small children, it will not give ample comfort for and adult. Both rooms one and two have a fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster for guests to prepare their own breakfasts and any other snacks or meals required. We provide milk, fruit juice, a selection of cereals and will provide breads, spreads, fruit etc as requested. The rooms can be interconnected so that a family of up to five could be accommodated comfortably by booking both rooms. By submitting to me a direct booking request you are booking one bedroom with en suite bathroom. To book both bedrooms, please send an enquiry for the price which will be fixed according to the number of people you wish to accommodate. As a guide, one person in a room will pay £50 and each extra person in that room will pay a further £10 up to a maximum of five people in room one and four in room two. Airbnb make a booking charge on top of this. Guest access Guests are welcome to meet our donkeys, cats and dogs and even the bees. There are 16 acres of countryside and garden to explore. Nearby Bishop's Stortford and Sawbridgeworth offer a good variety of restaurants and pubs. For walkers, The Hertfordshire Way is accessible just five minutes from Spellbrook. The Stort Navigation is a short walk away allowing visitors to watch the boats navigating Spellbrook Lock. During your stay On your arrival we will meet you to show you your accommodation and give you the code for the security gate. Each day we make your beds and take your washing up to be cleaned. Other things to note Spell Brook is a small stream that runs through our farm. Although shallow, the water can rise in bad weather and guests with children are asked to take care.
