The space Unit is two stories on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the 3 story historic mansion. 1st floor of mansion houses reception & 2 units. Lower level includes spa pool, workout area, & laundry & walkout to outdoor heated pool. Unit's layout is LR w/fpl and sofa bed, DR, kitchen, bdrm with twins, & full bathroom on 1sr level of unit. Second level is absolutely huge, private master suite w/whirlpool tub & shower. You won't believe the views! Guest access You will have access to grills, docks, beach, waterfront deck, heated outdoor pool, indoor whirlpool, exercise area, & laundry area. Other things to note Maximum of 2 cars during visit and 6 occupants. No unauthorized guests allowed.
