Recently renovated ski-in/ski-out 2 bed/2 bath condo in Brian Head's most sought after complex, Giant Steps. Right on the slopes and within walking distance of the town's business center: restaurants, shops, and general store. The first property in Brian Head to have StarLink and one of very few still! 65” OLED TV + surround sound in the living room, 48” TVs in the bedrooms, electric grill on the balcony. One of the few units with a washer/dryer! The space Master suite with queen size bed, closet, additional storage in benches, and new black-out blinds. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed, closet, dresser, and black-out blinds. Unlike 90% of the properties in Brian Head, we actually live here! We stay from May - October for the cool weather. Because we live here, the kitchen is fully equipped to make everything from light snacks to gourmet meals. Many spices and seasonings are stocked, including fresh spices we bring up from our garden at our other home. Living room, dining area, and both bedrooms are equipped with separate heaters to allow each room to be heated to different temperatures. Bathrooms are also equipped with heaters. Wi-Fi and Netflix (basic) are included. We were the very first property in Brian Head to have StarLink and we’re still one of the very few to have it! We don’t have other services because everything is automated and over our first five years (where we did have every streaming service) we found the majority of our guests rarely turned the TV on, so to reduce costs we removed them. There's a separate closet to the right of the front door for storing outdoor gear. The back deck has a bench to take in the beautiful mountain views and an electric grill for outdoor grilling. Guest access The whole unit plus ski closet. Other things to note The parking garage is covered, and you can park in any available space. Checking in and out is done programmatically with a smart lock. If you need to check-in early or check-out late, it's an additional $50/hour. ABSOLUTELY NO ANIMALS IN THIS UNIT, NOT EVEN SERVICE ANIMALS. WE ARE DEATHLY ALLERGIC TO CATS AND DOGS.
