It features a large built-in kitchen so that everyone in your group can cook, eat, and spend time together in the same room, comfortably and without feeling cramped. 2. Privacy within the complex: 10 rooms and 4 apartments Renting the whole house gives you the luxury of being together but not in each other's way. As it is divided into 4 independent apartments, each family or couple has their own space, their own kitchen, and their own bathrooms (we have full bathrooms and half baths in each unit), which means no lines or waiting in the morning. 3.
