In a charming little hamlet in the heart of the mountain at 1800m, the house is part of a large post-war reconstruction farm. Completely renovated : wood cladding, lime coatings, earth, wood wool insulation, heated floor, larch carpentry, central heating wood and solar panels. Backed by peaks of more than 3000m, it is an opening on all mountain and nature activities: climbing, mountain biking, hiking, skiing... (that's why we live there!) The space On two floors : Ground floor : entrance lock, hallway, TV desk/lounge and sofa bed, large living room (large wood stove), kitchen, WC/Boiler room(wood boiler coupled with solar thermal panels)/Laundry room. Heated floor on the entire ground floor On the 1st floor: a large hallway serves the 4 bedrooms (3 doubles + 1 quadruple with sink and shower, all modular) and a large bathroom/toilet with bath and shower. Outside : large garden with table/umbrella nearby, trampoline, swing for small children.
