This gorgeous & unique lower level (basement) apartment is conveniently located in the heart of beautiful Winona MN in my historic four square home! (I live in the main unit of the house)- It is only a few blocks from downtown and in close proximity to many attractions Winona has to offer! Please allow us to make your next stay in beautiful Winona a memorable one! The space This apartment has been recently remodeled and furnished! NOTE: This is apartment is located in the lower level of my personal residence/duplex. The apartment is completely private and secured. I will give guests as much space/privacy as possible during their stay. I ask that guests do the same for me. NOTE: When we remodeled the apartment we did our best to eliminate as much sound transfer between the two units via insulating/sheetrock/rugs/etc. I am also very quiet neighbor as but there may be light vibration noise from footsteps or my bulldog Frank walking around. In order to make your stay as comfortable as possible, we have provided many amenities in this apartment- guests will have access to a full kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots/pans, French Press coffee maker, tea kettle, stainless steel appliances (full stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator). The living room has a genuine leather sectional couch, 58in 4K TV with ROKU and HULU TV (45 cable channels) and fast/free Wifi. The bathroom is a truly special retreat. It features a cast iron soaker tub, double sinks, and a large walk in tile shower with glass enclosure. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, epsom salts, and bubble bath. The bedroom has a nice queen size mattress, high thread count sheets, and fine decorations. Finally, feel free to use the stacked laundry just off the kitchen. laundry detergent will be provided. It is a quiet/relaxing retreat that we hope you enjoy!
