Garden house with private wellness (Jacuzzi and sauna)

Come and enjoy the garden house, located in the garden, of the monumental building Withof. Complete with private wellness (Jacuzzi and sauna). The guest house is equipped with every comfort. We offer the guests as much privacy as possible, but sometimes you may encounter us in the garden. Your four-legged friend is also welcome on request (+€17.50) Breda, the woods, National Park de Biesbosch and many amenities such as supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The space You will be staying in the garden house in the backyard of the monumental building Withof. You will have the garden house entirely at your own disposal. Private Jacuzzi (under the veranda at the garden house) and private sauna (inside the guest house) are available at the guest house. You will meet us (host/owner) to welcome you and ask you upon departure if everything has been to your liking. We also regularly check the Jacuzzi for our guests, so that it is always ready to enjoy. The ground floor of the guesthouse has a kitchenette with utensils, a fridge, air fryer, double stove, Nespresso machine and electric kettle. You will also find the dining area here. Also on the ground floor, a separate shower, a separate toilet and the private sauna. On the second floor, you will find a double bed (160x200) with 2 separate duvets and a seating area with a double sofa bed and TV. Guest access After you book, you'll receive check-in details (no later than 1 day prior to check-in). You can check in yourself, without us having to be present. Other things to note Jacuzzi tub: The jacuzzi is available to guests 24/7. This is always at the temperature of 38 degrees. Sauna: The sauna can be used from 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon until 12:00 a.m. at night. Shared spaces: If there are guests in the garden house, we of course try to give it all possible privacy. Still, you can expect us (and our dog) in the garden every now and then. Sometimes there is a job that can't wait, we drive into the yard by car or have to be in the garage. Noise nuisance: There is some regular maintenance around the guesthouse. Obviously, we try to do that as much as possible when no guests are staying. But sometimes we can't plan that. If so, we will try to inform you in advance. We live on a main road, which can give noise nuisance (earplugs available). Our neighbors really appreciate it if the silence is respected after 22:00.
