The 45 m² apartment + terrace consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a large living room (with a sofa bed) and an open kitchen, and a bathroom. Valid for 2/4 and suitable for families. Very close to the beach (30 m) All other stores (motorcycle/bike/car rental, bars, restaurants, supermarket, newsstand, pharmacy, bank, bus stop, boarding pier - in summer - for excursions to the other islands, etc.) are within a 100/300 m radius. Ideal for a relaxing vacation and for families. The two-room apartment consists of a double bedroom, a large living room with an open kitchen and a sofa bed for 2 people (140 cm), a bathroom and a large and pleasant terrace. Both rooms have ceiling fans. If needed, an extra bed can be added for a 5th person. A travel cot and high chair for young children are available. Prices vary depending on the period and the number of people. Air conditioning/heating on request with a supplement of €7/day. Linen is not included in the price (many guests bring it), but if needed, it is available on site with a supplement of €27/week or fraction of a week for 2 people. Security deposit: €100. It can be connected, if necessary, with a studio apartment (2 people) and a two-room apartment (2/4 people) for a maximum total of 10 people. Pets are not allowed. I would kindly ask smoking guests to enjoy their cigarettes outside the apartment. As we know, there are non-smoking guests who are bothered by the smell of smoke, which, despite ventilation, can remain in the apartment for a certain period. Thank you.
