It is about a 10 minute walk to the train station and the shops next door. The house is about 165 m2 of living space and has a modern, high quality and cozy furnishings. The ground floor is the spacious living is u. Dining area with a fireplace and an open island kitchen. A guest bathroom with walk-in shower and heated towel rail is on the ground floor. 3 bedrooms (2 x double and 1 x 2 single beds) and 1 bathroom with a walk rainfall shower and Jacuzzi are in the attic. One bedroom with 2 single beds and a TV is located in the loft. The house is supplied with a ground source heat pump and underfloor heating (except the loft). It is a controlled ventilation system available. The large terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a beach chair and a barbecue. The garden has a garden house and a barrel sauna. Free WiFi. In the house a travel cot and a highchair are available. Sheets and towels are not included but can be booked (linen 12, - € / person, towel set € 6.50 / person). Except in the off-season the minimum stay is 7 nights. In the short term on request a shorter stay is possible.
