The space This accommodation is located in a very quiet and pleasant bucolic environment. You can freely enjoy the 2 hectares of the property which includes a valley with a small stream. The city center is 900 m away and accessible on foot by a gentle path (bicycle, pedestrians). The rooms are well lit by large windows and the views are unobstructed over the countryside. Guest access The entire home is available for your use. It is organized on 2 levels with an independent entrance. The property, consisting of grasslands and spaces separated by hedges, is to be shared with another rental. Other things to note Sheets are provided for all beds (fitted sheet, duvet cover and duvet, pillowcase and pillow) 6 bath towels and 2 tea towels are provided per 7-day period. The cleaning of the gîte is the responsibility of the tenant during the rental period and before departure. The cottage must be left in perfect condition of cleanliness or the cleaning fee will be charged according to the following scale and deducted from the deposit or paid at the time of departure: - Cleaning fee 1: 40 euros = floor cleaning - Cleaning fee 2: 60 euros = floor cleaning, windows, kitchen and bathroom necessary - Cleaning fee 3: 120 euros = floor cleaning, windows, kitchen, bathroom, dishes, toilet necessary.
