Take a watercraft to the river and float. Neighborhood has rural feel. 1/3 acre lot. Large front & back decks. BBQ, space for RV parking. Fenced, 1400 sq ft, 3 bdrm/2 bath, fully FURNISHED home. Remodeled manufactured home - New Frig, W/D, DishWasher, sink, carpet. Utilities and Wifi included. Heat pump = A/C. The space Available for 1-2 months (maybe 3). This is NOT a long term rental. NO ONE YR leases. See my standard questions at the end. Answers required to proceed. The rate is the monthly rate (30 X nightly listed rate). Airbnb requires a posted daily rate. A truly tranquil location. Uniquely relaxed neighborhood. So close to the river and Bend Farewell Park with tube/kayak put-in 2 blocks away. I start my mornings by drawing an expresso and walking the river. Ahh... Or go the other direction on river walk to the Old Mill Shopping/Dining. A dog is welcome with pre-approval. Please pick up after pets. Cats NOT encouraged. New A/C (heat pump). Wifi and 50" Smart TV (LG Plus provides expanded channels with movies and news and stuff. Local TV stations provided via antenna). Weber BBQ on large back deck. Fenced front and side yard (grass). Shop and area in back-of-fence, including greenhouse, are for owner's use and storage. Lean-to room off back deck available for you. 2 office areas. The 3rd bedroom set up as office with monitor. Please advise if you need the third bedroom with a bed. Either a single or double "aerobed" (Double-tall) can be provided. Another office with monitor is set up in the back room off the laundry room. Electric capped at $175, WiFi limit 500GB. I usually charge a pet fee.
