Country House with Swimming Pool

This traditional Greek stone house is nestled in a garden of olive trees and flowers. It lies three walking minutes from the solitary beach of the Aegean sea, with crystal clear blue water. Swimming and diving here is possible until December. The house has a big terrace with a beautiful view to the sea as well as a private pool which is nestled into a flower garden. The house is on two floors with the living room on the first and bedroom on the second floor. Pool unavailable Sept 15-30 2023 The space The house is on two floors, first floor with living and dining room and a traditional kitchen with stove, microwave, steamer and dishwasher and a toilet. The second floor contains two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, two baths, toys and children’s books. All rooms have sea view and are furnished with mosquito nets. Other things to note The house is accessible from a private road and lies absolutely quiet. Toys for children and table tennis are available. The next restaurants and small food shops can be reached within 8 minutes by car. Extensive shopping, doctors and hospital can be reached in Leonidio, 12 minutes drive (13 km) from the house. The pool is unfenced and families with small children have to be aware of the terrace wall and drop to the lower level. Wifi available and included.
